"I’m a retired Navy veteran, and I have to say it is great shopping at your area Navy Exchange. The NEX is open to all branches of the military and their foreign and domestic partners. If you are looking for most and any product, they usually have it, such as furniture. What better way to buy new furniture, rest assured you can buy with confidence when purchasing from the Navy Exchange. And for delivery, no worries, Joint Base Little Creek NEX Home Gallery Furniture Store utilizes HD Solutions to deliver your product. I can't say enough about the delivery drivers Kelvin Lawrence and Jessie Fields, I have to say these young guys are consummate professionals. They have delivered items my wife and I, had purchased from the Joint Base Little Creek Navy Exchange furniture store on six different occasions over a two-year time frame, they off-loaded several large boxes, on each delivery, and put items where I requested, and each time they went above and beyond the scope of their normal delivery. Kelvin and Jessie had contacted me ahead of time, and said they were on their way and would be arriving at my home in thirty minutes, they arrived on time as stated. They got right to work and being mindful of keeping our home clean, their customer service is bar none, the best I’ve encountered in quite a while, with their positive and can-do attitude Jessie and Kelvin made sure to put the needs of the customer first. Starting from initial contact, their introduction, delivery, and performing the job as promised, performed a full inventory of what they delivered to ensure there were no issues. After assembling the furniture they made sure to remove all packing materials and boxes from the premises, They delivered a beautiful product and left as though they were never there. "I had a sofa delivered and it was torn. Sent it back and the other was torn, as well. Also, purchased a table and chairs. One of the legs on the chair was not level. Their furniture is cheap! I won't buy any furniture there ever again."
