"We had excellent customer service from Ramone at Home Depot. He helped us with buying the Christmas angel display and then he came to find us and help us with the paint supplies for my son’s nursery. He was a pleasure to work with and we appreciate the help and the laughs."

"The reason for 1 star is NOT because of the outstanding customer service we received upon purchase- for that, five stars is warranted- its for the poor delivery and mainly the subsequent setup. Our fridge was delivered while I was away. The freezer handle was installed upside down, the doors were extremely uneven and there was plastic all over the outside edges and crevices. My husband was up all night trimming the plastic & leveling the doors. The last picture looks like expandable insulation foam coming out from the mold behind the seal on the right door by the hinge edge- what's that about??? We already returned a fridge the week prior for a big dent in the front; this one also came with a not so noticeable door dent, but we have a toddler and we can't keep returning refrigerators. Don't get me wrong, I love this model, I'm just extremely disappointed in how it was set up. Maybe hold training on how to properly set up major appliances?"

"I just wanted to give a great compliment to the woman named Mrs.Patty by the doors area. When we approached that way to walk around she immediately greeted us from the desk with such a warm smile. We didn’t need anything and didn’t ask but when she saw us walking by she spoke and continued to make sure we were okay. If that isn’t great customer service I’m not sure what else is. I had to make this review because employees like that should be recognized. Out of everyone in the store she was the only employee in Home Depot that spoke and said hi. Mrs.Patty definitely would make me come back for another visit! Thank you once again!"

"Very disappointed with Home Depot. Prices are absurd and I’ve been shopping with them for 25 years. Far cheaper prices can be found many other places. Shop around and you’ll find better service and better prices. Home Depot has priced itself out of my Normal shopping thinking. I am a class A contractor and have shopped at HD 10000 times. I now go anywhere else first. HD has to step it up. Milwaukee tool prices are crazy high as are trim coil and roofing nails for example."

"Awesome experience every visit. This is a great Home Depot. All sections of the store are clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a dog friendly establishment and it’s always been pleasant bringing the pup. Jackie, Chloe, and Bob were exceptionally helpful and friendly on our most recent visit with the doggo. This is definitely a Home Depot we’ll be visiting for any of our future needs!"
