"Absolutely horrible! Do not recommend!!! Purchased king bedroom set (2 nightstands, tall dresser, long 6 drawer dresser, bed with head & foot boards), dining table with 8 chairs, sofa, love seat, and oversize chair in September 2022. The bed was assembled crooked by their delivery people (a father and daughter team). It cannot be fixed. It creaks and shakes. As married adults, this is not ideal! The dresser drawers are already not gliding smoothly shut. The dining table shakes anytime you simply cut up your food. The chair legs scratched our hardwood floors to the point where we will need to replace the floor. That might be on me for not thinking to put pads under the legs but... The living room furniture all creaks when anyone of any size sits on it. It sounds like you're going to break it any time you sit down. Within 3 months of light to moderate use by two adults, the cushions were so smooshed the sofas and matching pillows look a decade old. Saleswoman Candy lied multiple times, broke promises, then wouldn't talk to us in person or on the phone. Don't believe her fake personality! She made fun of Ashley Furniture, saying it was all cheaply made, etc. Turns out: Grand IS Ashley Furniture! Would not have purchased here had we known this. Had to work directly with John, the manager, who was marginally more helpful but even he can't make this over $12,000 purchase worth it. We will definitely be looking into how to use the warranty. And will never ever ever buy from this company again! UPDATE: I did try to reach out at the time of purchase and was not helped. I emailed customer service as requested. Will update again with any response from the company."

"My wife already wrote a pretty detailed review, but I'll reiterate and say avoid this place at all costs. Avoid Candy at all costs. It's the same warehouse as Ashley Furniture, so don't believe any sales gimmicks. 0/10. Do not recommend. Go deal with a used car dealership. Negotiate a happy ending at a seedy massage parlor. Make a bet that you can't cover with a bookie twice your size. Any of those options are better uses of your time and money than shopping here."

"My experience was horrible and very unpleasant. The young lady named Alana was our sales associate who didn’t know what she was doing. So first we seen this 3 piece sectional that was marked down as is, so I asked the lady was it available for lay away she went to ask the manager he said yes. I put down the money on the furniture to hold. Everything was fine then I get a call a lil later saying O I’m sorry the furniture actually isn’t apart of the lay away plan and come get your money back because I just spoke to my other manager name John who just came back from lunch by the way who is very unprofessional and rude (nice nasty) mite I add. Anyway John did nothing to resolve the issue by the time I got there John made it his business to hurry up and leave well that’s what the guy stated or either he was in the back hiding but I will never shop again at Grand furniture very dysfunctional establishment smh and please Grand furniture don’t reply and say I’m sorry and call us about your experience cause you did nothing when I was there. Shop any where but Grand furniture don’t waist your valuable time especially with John being the manager he is a liar that doesn’t care about customers as he should"

"After looking for dining table at various places, I came here to see if there is something in my budget. Ms. Alana was really great.As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile. Her first impression was really wonderful. As we started looking around, she came and helped us navigate the store. She was very kind and helpful. She made sure we were satisfied with the dinning table and our budget. I highly recommend her to any customer who comes in to shop. Thank you so much Alana for making our visit go very smoothly.
