"Great experience with William who happened to take my call to hold an item for me. He was so explicit with instructions that it would only take 24H to do it. Clearly labeled my item. Too bad that I missed seeing him in person. He was so professional; patient & great customer service. Checked out by Kimberly & have given me the option to enroll in their membership program & it would be valuable to earn points. Thank you, both!!!"

"With the customer service experience that the worker displayed today, I do not understand how this location is still open. I purchased a $400 noodle maker machine online today. The order stated it would be ready in two hours. When I enter the store, you aren’t greeted by anyone, which is very unprofessional. When I asked about my order and if it was ready, she asked me my name and advised the order didn’t show on her end and that I could purchase the item in the store and cancel online… I returned to my vehicle and called customer service only to be told I would need to speak with someone in the store about the order, not to mention the CSR is telling me it’s scheduled to be shipped, which is not correct. I called the store to give them the order number, which the Customer service manager advised me on the phone, and the store rep asked to take my name and number to call me back, knowingly knowing that their store is closing in 20mins and knowing I was outside waiting on my order…They lacked concern for a customer. They were very unapologetic about the nature of the matter, and the only advice was to cancel the online order and order within the store, which was a disregard to the customer cause this could have been a gift. I would expect far better customer service from this store than what they showed today."

"Went in to look at some Japanese knives but wasn't sure which brand, and although I knew I wasn't ready to purchase, Claudia was amazing, accommodating and willing to share her wealth of knowledge with me. She seemed to know all the right features of each knife plus the back story on that cutting board that was on shark tank. So I bought that but no knives... yet. Love the way this store is setup, organized, and they had a few items on clearance that I'm eyeing. Will be back for sure. #theresthatfoodie #homestuff"

"Even though this store has excellent displays and fully stocked shelves, a sales associate still went in the back to check for a few special requests I had. This store is much better than their catalogue or online presence! The sales associates were warm and helpful, and I never felt rushed or neglected. Great sales prices, too!"
