I had an interest free account and when they added the difference to my account it added $2000.00 in interest and doubled my payment. When I mentioned it I was told I would have to wait for the representative to free up. BAD business. Now I am struggleing to make these payments. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY. Lawn chairs will always be a welcome addition to my home before I buy from GRAND. The sad thing is their representatives are not willing to make it right when I have reached out."
