"I stayed here last month but had to end my trip early due to a family emergency. I booked through priceline but called the front desk to ensure there was no penalty to end my stay a few days early. The clerk said there was no penalties however here I am out of over $300 for days I didn't stay in the hotel. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again."
"Not sure why this place has 3.9 on stars. Absolute roach hotel. Checked in, went and looked at my room. Opened the fridge and cabinets and roaches were crawling everywhere. Maybe for poorer folk this is the place to be. NOT me, Definitely would not stay. Got my refund and went elsewhere"
"This place is awful. There is a "10-point room cleaning process" sign on the bathroom mirror that is filthy. It looks like mold at the bottom of the mirror. There's mold on the empty soap/shampoo/customer holder in the shower. The floor is so filthy, my daughter's feet were black from walking around barefoot. There was a pair of sweatpants under our bed. The barely masked stench of smoke made my son cough most of the night, but we couldn't open the window because people smoke right outside the window. There were little specks of dirt under the covers that we feared may have been a sign of bed bugs, but fortunately were not. We had to borrow pillows from relatives we were visiting because the hotel didn't have enough for the pull-out bed. I'm disgusted and would've left after the first night if we weren't here for my niece's first birthday. It's infuriating that people have to pay to stay in something in such terrible condition. I feel bad for the people who have to stay for any length of time. I will tell everyone I can to steer clear of this hotel and quite possibly the chain in general."
"If you have bad reactions to second hand cigarette smoke don't come here... Staff smokes right outside the check-in door.... room was not as clean as a 5 star stay.... fridge was clean... Oven door needs work.. cabinets need wiping out. Headboard corners looked knawed on. I didn't see any bugs.. didn't have bedbugs in our room. We did like the water pressure... Liked the ironing board and iron. And smell of weed in the hallway... Ride elevator at your own risk. Close to shopping and restaurants."
"Stayed one night (9/6/23). My dog got fleas. Why did I pay a $25 pet fee and a $10 cleaning fee? Shouldn't the previous occupant's fees gone to cleaning the room properly? Or are you just charging pet owner's extra, but not using their funds for the prescribed cost? I've had pets for 16 years, and never had one get fleas. I've been to so many hotels over the years with pets in tow and never had this happen. Also, the hallways were filthy, like a vacuum had never even been heard of. Toilet paper roll shoved between the toilet and the wall. The sign on the mirror says the last step of the cleaning process is a managerial inspection. Seems like you guys are just checking off a box to make it look like a good job is being done."
