"If you're moving into an apartment, just (in general) keep in mind that you cannot control: who you get as neighbors; the behaviors of the residents or employees; the layout or condition of the apartment; the smell of what your neighbors cook; the smell of what your neighbors smoke. So far, my experience living here has been fine and tolerable. No real issues. The apartment is good size and roomy - a bonus having a vaulted ceiling. There's a little trail around the pond here which is nice if you're out wanting to get a quick walk in during the day. Being this close to 17, the grocery store and restaurants is a bonus. For the most part, it's quiet with occasional early morning or late night noise. It's a little off putting that in the back along the woods there are trash heaps - not sure what that's about. Maintenance requests, as I was told, is on first come first serve type basis so I haven't bothered yet to call about my dishwasher or garbage disposal because I'm looking for a time that I won't be home because they tend to be noisy when they're here. Was not aware that USPS will NOT deliver packages to the third floor so just keep that in mind."

"Was looking into these apartments as a place to live but heard that the staff is very unresponsive to any issues dealing with other tenants. There is no way I could pay the amount of money they are asking here to live in a place where my neighbors could be allowed to do whatever they wanted and there are no repercussions."

"Over all it has been satisfactory as far as apartment living goes we really wanted a first floor apt but none were available we have been here about 3 months and there is odor coming from the hvac. When shined my light in there it's full of substance like it's never been cleaned."

"So the people that work here are wonderful and I honestly have no complaints about them whatsoever. The only reason i’m not giving a 5 star is because for one , I have a strong sense of smell and when in the living room specifically near the back door , it smells like someone dumped pee around the area and i’ve mopped and sprayed and nothing seems to be getting rid of the smell. Second reason as to why it’s not a 5 star is because we are on the first floor and yes I know that we would be able to hear the upstairs neighbors walking and I do try to be one of those neighbors by not really saying much since they have kids and kids will be kids BUT it does get too much when they’re constantly stomping and when you knock on your wall as a sign to tell them they’re being loud , they stomp even louder … floors are so thin too that you can literally hear them do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING there’s been multiple occasions where I would hear them yell and scream at each other too when arguing . It kinda sucks having to hear all that and trying to sleep through it when both my husband and I have to sleep early and wake up early or sometimes even waking up to all that ."

"My family and I have lived here for a little over a year and a half and we love it. From the lovely grounds that are well tended and always welcoming. To the office and all the lovely and kind women that work there. They always have fun things going on and a food drive on the last Wednesday of every month. We also have a beautiful pool during the summer. The parks are always clean and there's always kids to play with. Grafton station is a really great place to call home. Thank you for all you guy for making a beautiful community."
