"I am not one that likes to write bad reviews, but after my experience here I left very displeased! Its not because of the low ball offers they give you, for I understand they have a business to run. But customer service is very important, and my experience with them was horrible! While trying to sell them items that were valuable and in great condition, as well as trying to look at and inquire about items in display case to purchase, the workers repeatedly walked away from me for minutes at a time ( and they were not walking away to do something that involved helping me). Along with feeling ignored by them, they were highly unorganized and displayed horrible customer service!!! There were multiple things they did that made me feel disrespected, so much so that I won't even type it all on under this review. I will no longer be returning to them to sell nor purchase anything!"
