The woman helping took the ring to the jewelers for inspection and came quickly back with what needs to be done, the cost, and when it can be picked up. We came back at the date and time specified to pick up and on our way. The staff there are super nice and very helpful."

"My husband and I visited Shajnea all the way from Frederick, MD and she helped us find our wedding bands. She was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. It took me awhile to find my band, but at the end we were able to find my perfect wedding band! Mine had to be custom made due to how small my fingers are (size 3.5). Shajnea kept me updated throughout the entire time. She even got my ring shipped to the Frederick store for pick up. Highly recommend this store, but if you are looking for a specific specialist, Shajnea is the best one. Thank you Shajnea for helping us find our beautiful rings!"

In the last 3 years (over 9 transactions ) Amy has always gone beyond her normal duties when helping me, but this time she has not only amazed me with her creativity, but she also amazed my 17 yr old daughter.
