"I always buy my Jean's from here. Only place that has them fit me properly. Someone usually always says hi once they notice I'm there. Im okay with someone not asking me if I need help. I don't like to feel hovered. Amazing prices and cute af clothes!!! When I do need help they drop what they are doing to help. Thankful for that. One of the girls gave me opinions too when I tried on a shirt. This location is better than other ones I've been too."

"First let me say I'm really big on customer service. But I understand that sometimes it can get very busy and very hectic, and it that case I will not complain. On this particular day the store was empty, not one customer. There were three employees gathered at the register discussing a customer phone call they had received earlier that day. I was not greeted upon entering the store nor was I asked if I needed any help. I made eye contact with them all, still nothing. I walked around for about 10 min looking at clothes and waiting for them to acknowledge me but that never happened. Not even a "have a good day" or "come back and see us" on my way out. I will never go to that location again! Worst customer service ever!!!!!! 02/27/2017"
