"We stopped in while traveling south because my mom was having an irritation with her eye the pharmacist said that it was a broken blood vessel but she could go to a walk in medical place to have it checked out knowing that the pharmacist didn't know what he was talking about we went to the walk in medical place and had her eye issue addressed. For a pharmacist he should at least know what he is talking about."
"They need a new minute clinic nurse she has no clue what she is doing please cvs get a new nurse"
"I made an appointment at the minute clinic for 9am to get my flu shot. I drove 30 minutes to get there and when I went to check in, the clinic was closed. I put in my confirmation code and it told me it was expired (I was there 10 minutes before my appointment). I went to the cashier to make sure I was in the correct location and she confirmed that I was and told me to go to the pharmacy to check in. I showed the pharmacy tech my confirmation code and the date on the confirmation code. She tells me they have no control over the Minute Clinic and refused to give me my flu shot. Horrifying customer service."
"I walked in for a flu vaccine and TB test and there were no time slots left for me. The ladies in the Minute Clinic fit me in even though their lunch break was coming up. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to help me!"
"1st time I went to get a prescription, I had asked if they could transfer it from a Walgreens to here and I would wait for it. He said it would take about 15-25 minutes, I said that was fine. Walked around the store for 20 minutes then went to check up on it. The pharmacist who took the order has went home for the day without processing the prescription or even telling anyone about it. I had wasted 20 minutes for no reason. Then the 2ND time I went to pick up a prescription I had called them 6 hours in advance to have them port a script over from a rite aid. She got my name and DOB and claimed she wrote down the information and that it would be ready at 2:30. I said no problem, I won’t be in till after 5:45. I get there and they have NO record of receiving any phone call from me. I even confirmed that it was the same location that I called. They said it’s going to be an hour and a half if I want it. Of course there’s no way I could wait that long. Every time I go into that pharmacy they forget something. It seems like everyone is new and they have no idea what they’re doing. I have NO idea how that’s an acceptable business practice when you’re working with medicine that people NEED to live and function. Highly unprofessional."
