"I ordered a pair of $137 Dr. Martens for pick up. They didn’t have my size, so said order was canceled. I can’t get ahold of customer service and they haven’t refunded me my money… I called the store and they said there’s not much they can do. Never using this company again. Hope my money is refunded to my account eventually. This is ridiculous."
"Had a pickup order so big mistake not checking my merchandise before I left the store. They sell clearly worn shoes that someone returned. Well… sold worn shoes to me and I had to return once I got home and opened the shoe box upon first glance. They put the used shoes back on the shelf i suppose to sell to the next customer. Waste of time going here. Employees are nice, parking is good and store appears clean but I don’t think I will waste time here in the future."
"Less than impressed. I have gone into this store a few times. Mainly because it neighbors a store I frequently stop by. Each time I have entered, I am AMAZED at the lack of attention, friendliness of the employees. No one welcomes me, no one says hello, no one offers assistance. It's so dead and uninviting. I can't even leave any review on merchandise, because I'm so turned off by the customer service aspect that we turn around and leave. I'd rather find a more welcoming store to patronize."
