"I had a situation with codes and as you heard me say HAD...They all to care of it but Sheila at the Chesterfield, store she is amazing at what she does. She goes that extra mile. I really appreciate her. We need more like her in the front and in the back of the night. Thank you, Sheila"

"This year's Black Friday sale was incredibly disappointing. It was very hard to find Medium or 6-8 sized clothes in the Women's section; the Sales shelves and racks mostly had very small sizes or very large sizes. The shoe section had very few size 8s in stock, especially of the styles on sale. I realize those sizes are pretty popular, but why not restock before the biggest sale day of the year? I got there one hour after they opened & the store was virtually empty, so I know they didn't sell out of those sizes that quickly. The Kohl's cash I "earned" conveniently was not for use until 11/28- the day after Cyber Monday. The online sales had the same problem (which I realize is not this store's responsibility) with the most popular sizes of women's clothing and shoes being out of stock. I got so many flyers in the mail about their blowout Black Friday sale only to find very few deals. I heard Penney's had an excellent sale; next year I will have to go there."

"Nice and clean store. Friendly staff. Quality of some of the clothes is sub-par. Material feels cheap and the prices were a bit steep."

"The staff are incredibly rude. We were not greeted when we came in, no big deal at all. Retail gets busy, very understandable. But when we greeted staff in the Cosmetics department, they did not even smile or say hello back. They just stared at me and my 13 year old daughter, clearly annoyed. We browsed around while they spoke loudly about how they disliked working there, and how people had been quitting. I honestly didn't care about hearing that, but don't be rude to a child when she says hello. You're adult staff in customer service. Also, no exaggeration, I have never seen such a disorganized shoe department in my entire life. Looking for a pair of shoes was like finding a needle in a haystack. What a mess. Our visit was the night of 5/22."

"Lots of clearance items, which were fairly organized. The layout of the store is easy to traverse, but opposite of most Kohl's stores. It was very empty, which was a little strange, but the staff was helpful. 4 stars due to messy dressing rooms that were a tight fit with the larger carts this location has, and for a dark, poorly lit parking lot that was scary to walk through at night."
