"The store is almost like never open when I need to go there, and it’s never stocked. I’ll go there at 8pm when they don’t close until 10 and sometimes all the lights will be on but the store will be locked. Tonight I tried to go in at 9:30 and the kid at the counter watched me pull at the door which was locked and didn’t let me in. Just straight up ignored me until I walked away. And I stood there for 5 minutes looking at him back. I then tried calling the store numerous times and they didn’t pick up. I watched the boy just mute the phone. I hope you talk to your employees because this is ridiculous. I always have issues with this store because your employees are lazy."
"I've had okay ones till recently. If you have something on the floor and it's not the right price you should find away to honor that. When a customer tells you, you may have other products in the store marked wrong you should check them too so you aint getting over on other customers who may not notice the difference in thier price"
"If i can rate a 0 i would .took mom into this location the 2 black female cashiers were very rude when asked a question. i dont normally shop family dollar usually go to walmart where they wouldve showed her where the item she was looking for was .i work in health care .customer service is everything your dealing with the public."
"Little! I normally buy all my Night pants from family dollar since they have some really cozy ones...this store has little to no clothes at all. Bought some boy basketball shorts today and was so disappointed once I got back to my hotel room, got washed and dressed then noticed that the alarm dip was still on the shorts! The male cashier handed me my bag with pride and all!"
"I am giving this Family Dollar 3 stars, because the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The merchandise is rather disorganized. It is a smaller store and very crowded. There were no shopping carts available for customers to use only baskets. This is very difficult when you are handicapped. At least this Family Dollar parking lot is kept clean."
