"I ordered some paint online and picked it up yesterday. I have a muscle disorder and was told it would be brought out to my car because there wasn't time for it to be delivered. After waiting almost 20 minutes (and Lowe's saying it was on its way) I went to the customer service counter. The two ladies were very nice and helpful. Apparently, they thought I was going inside. Anyway, a lady was nice enough to carry it out for me as it was too heavy."

"Horrible Service! I would give Lowes- Chester 0 out 5 stars if I could. Do not use them for vanity top installation. I've been waiting almost eight weeks. The vanity sat at the store for two weeks until an installer called. After the installer arrived, he noticed the sidesplash was missing. I called the store for over 2 hours before someone answered. I waited for ten additional minutes while the supervisor located the sidesplash. The installer returned to pick up the piece, which was the wrong color. The salesperson ordered the wrong color. Subsequently, the manager contacted me and assured me they would put a rush on the side splash. I contacted the store again today and was told by the same salesperson in the cabinet department that he "couldn't promise me" a rush on the side splash even though he was the person who ordered the wrong item. Now, the store manager isn't taking my call, and the installation department is stating they will follow up in 48 hours. Horrible service! Go somewhere else!"

"Mixed feelings about this location. The store is generally clean and the sales floor staff are good. Customer Service and checkout staff generally struggle. Online pickups can take 30+ minutes. Register staff have been gruff and even nonattentive at times. I want this store to be nice, but each experience leads me more to the orange box down the road."

"Clean store, staff at door there to get help and directions. Their choice and prices for washer/dryers was a great surprise! The gentleman in sales was very helpful, offering other things needed for this purchase. They choose their approved 3rd party co’s. to deliver and/or set up appliances. I was very pleased with getting my questions answered by a knowledgeable employee."

"For home Improvement selections this is my favorite store hands down. They have all the Fall and Christmas Home decor all ready out and the aisles are esthetically laid out. It's always clean, well stocked and well labeled. Nine times out of ten I can find a helpful professional to assist me with my needs. When I work with their products and services the results are just what I wanted."
