"Male pharmacist actually tried to deny giving me my birth control prescription for no reason. Also tried to argue that birth control is not for pain management. Train your male employees."

"All the pharmacists are so rude and they don’t want to help people. I get that you hate your job, but don’t take it out on people who are just trying to get their meds. Terrible experience almost every time I go. Totally unacceptable. Fix your pharmacist’s attitudes."

"I had two prescriptions. One that I wanted to pick up same day and the other that I wanted held in case I didn’t need it, according to the instructions I was given at the minute clinic. I explicitly told the person at the counter that I would potentially be back for the second prescription and only wanted the first prescription that day. They filled both and tried to sell me both, so I said I only wanted the first. They sold me the first prescription and then when I went back the next day they couldn’t find the second prescription anymore. Apparently, they had returned the second prescription. They had me sitting in the drive through while they search for it and then, because it was going to take a while, I had to wait in the store while they re-filled it. Instead of saying “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding, we will fill it immediately,” the pharmacist didn’t believe me and told me it was my fault. They were able to fill the prescription in 15-min, which was nice but it took longer than it should have because after they had completed my prescription, I couldn’t immediately pick it up because they were busy arguing with another customer about a prescription they couldn’t fill. The same pharmacist that blamed me, called that other customer condescending. The pharmacist wasn’t being more rude than the customer but I feel the situation could have been handled more respectfully."

"Very quick and prompt got shots along with others. Longest wait is the wait after the covid shot to make sure no serious reactions."
