"I was seen in the emergency room today for severe back pain. They sent the scripts to this cvs at 330. I arrived to pick them up at 420 expecting to have to wait awhile as they close at 5 only to be told they would be ready tomorrow. Just unacceptable. Coming from the emergency room I obviously need these scripts. I had to ask them myself if it was possible to send them to another cvs that was open later. They should have offered to do that themselves. I am in a ton of pain and the last thing I want to do is drive further and wait some more. If they knew they weren’t going to get filled today someone should have called me. Or just fill them. It can’t be that big of a deal. Very unprofessional"
