"This is one of several instances, I called CVS at 4:16 today 6/18. No one ever came in the line and it disconnected at 1701. I was on hold for 45 minutes. And they disconnected when they closed."

"After receiving a 40% discount via email I decided to peruse this store's selection to find something worth buying. I was greeted upon entrance and the staff was very friendly, however after browsing the store for about 15 minutes the staff became weary of my presence and began following me around heel and toe, while insistently asking me superfluous questions and making frivolous conversation. After my shopping was concluded I informed the store manager that I too was a local store manager, and that I was a college graduate, to which he was taken aback. Needless to say I will no longer be shopping at that CVS location, and I suggest you do the same, unless you enjoy being racially profiled."

"I drop the prescription off after 9am, they told me it will be 15 to 20 minutes before it was filled. I came back to pick it up after 6 p.m. they told me the prescription hasn't even been filled yet and was being rude to me when I was inquiring about why wasn't it filled and what was taking them so long to fill a prescription that was dropped off after 9 a.m. they then tell me that it has been filled and I can come pick it up and when I get there they were asking me to wait longer. I asked to speak with the manager I was getting the run-around it was just an overall bad experience and that Pharmacy and I don't think that I will ever go back to that CVS Pharmacy again because the way they treated me was rude and totally unnecessary."
