Sam's Club

"Typically I really love Sam’s Club for the fast scan and go feature when we are in the store, but will never do the curbside again. I understand when days can be busy and there is not a lot of help, but we had to wait over an hour for our curbside order after the allocated time slot. Even then I had to ask the associate where our order was because other customers were taken ahead of us when we had originally arrived before then. I tried to call the store several times to check in on our status but the line was ringing for a long time and no one ever picked up. This was supposed to be a time saver for us and ended up being a large waste of our time unfortunately."

"Excellent place to shop. Always has what I need as well as new products that catch my eye. I also use the pharmacy for my prescription needs. Best pharmacy I've ever. Superior customer service and best prices. Travel across town to go here on a regular. Love it!!!!"

"I will speak about my experience in this Sam's location, I was traveling and had a flat tire , I called Sam's Customer service they said they are booked but if I come walk in they will take me and it shouldn't take long because it was an easy fix . I waited for 3+ hours and I said I was traveling for 6 hours and I kindly asked if they can fix my tire so I can go on with my travel, they didn't give any attention or Sympathy, I thought if they just told me we will do our best or we will try to get you as soon as possible maybe I could felt better and even if it was a lie at least they are being courteous to their customer. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least and until now as I am writing the Review I didn't get my tire fixed and I the problem is that I can't drive with my tire because its not safe at so I am at their mercy until God knows when ..........."

"Beware this is going to be a comparison to Costco. Sam's Club was running a special on memberships for only $8! A friend of ours recommended it and we weren't disappointed. Some of the things that kill me about Costco is there parking and Shear traffic to get into stores. I want to stick to a knife in my neck when I get there on a weekend in the afternoon just way too crowded. Sam's Club on the other hand was completely manageable. A breath of fresh air for a warehouse retailer. One of the things that bothers me about Costco post-pandemic is the fact that their employees are really not nice and really don't care about you. On the other hand at Sam's Club i saw many interactions with employees and customers that were fabulous examples of customer service. I found pricing and selection to be on par with Costco if not better. I will tell you that I think Kirkland Brands and Costco focus a lot more on quality but I can't back that up with any facts. I think Costco has an edge particularly when it comes to clothing and wine selection. With that said my wife's favorite wine is Kendall Jackson and it was a dollar cheaper at Sam's Club compared to Costco. The food court had a better selection of food at the the same price if not lower than Costco. We had the pizza and I thought it was just as good as Costco's alternative. One thing it was interesting is that 50% of the checkout lines are self service. There was no backup on the front end unlike Costco which is a nightmare. A benefit at Sam's Club is they have Scan as you go so you could literally scan things as you put them in the cart and go up to the exit and leave without hitting the checkout stand. Our local Sam's Club has a gas station and a car wash which is great the price was the same as Costco and Costco does not offer a car wash option."

"Sam’s has saved me as inflation rates continue to go up. I personally like this place more than Costco when doing grocery shopping. I can buy 2 weeks worth of grocery for 2 people for about $250. There’s a variety of food and produce at an affordable price. I can get a big tray of sushi for under $20 and am pretty confident that I can’t get it from somewhere cheaper than Sam’s."
