"I had ONE car in front of me at the window and I sat there for 25 MINUTES during my dinner break NOT MOVING. You bought my insurance, Rite aid is going bankrupt. Meanwhile this pharmacy has gone downhill so bad. I asked why it had taken so long and they said a pharmacist consultation. I needed one too. Took less than a minute. If people have complicated issues why are they not asked to go inside? The purpose of the drive through is to pick up or drop off and go. Maybe you need more employees."
"Show up at drive thru 1 1/2 hours before everything says they close. Sat at the window for 20 minutes only for them to look at me and look at their phones!! Finally, with a sick wife and a 3 year old in my truck. I go in. When asked why they didn’t answer their window. Their reply…… “We don’t have the staff”. Then, I hand them the prescription. I was told if I would of come sooner, they could of filled them tonight. Maybe if they would of had SOME KIND of sign stating their drive thru was closed, I would of came in sooner!! Now again, with a sick wife and a 3 year old in my truck!! I have to drive across town to find a 24 hr pharmacy! Lucky on a Christian man or I would of made a HUGE scene!!"

"A fairly new store. Good selection of all items and the Pharmacy staff is very helpful. Even at busy times, the wait times are kept to a minimum because they will open additional registers. Staff is usually polite, courteous and helpful."
