"The crashier was very rude. She talking on her phone the whole time. She rang me up then walked away from the register to talk and didn't even tally my stuff for me to run my card. After I did my card she handed me the bag but didn't even hand me the receipt. She left it in the machine to where I had to take it off. I consider that very rude, tend to your customers not whoever you're talking to on the phone."

"I entered the store on 12-07-2020 @2000. I was looking for a pair of True wireless earbuds. I went to the area where the earbuds were located. The cashier Destin immediately started yelling like a mad man. "Hey hey hey you can't come back here!" I said to him I'm just grabbing these earbuds. Destin then said you can't be back there. I'm confused by now, so I said to him I already have the item I want and you need to lower your voice talking to a customer. I took the earbuds to the counter because maybe he thought I wanted to steal the earbuds. Destin then said it should be common sense for you not to go back there. I then said I didn't see any barrier or sign stating do not enter this area. Which the area where the electronics are located are not in a confined space. The young lady that was with me was scared after Destin started yelling at me she completely forgot what she came into Family Dollar to get. After all this we finally made it to the register to pay for our items. Left the store and realized the main item I came in for wasn't in the bag. I turned around to go back to the store and asked cashier Destin where are the earbuds I placed on the counter. He had hung them back on the shelf. That didn't make any sense. I don't know if this young man had encountered customers coming behind the counter to assault him, if the store is in a bad location or he's just an ignorant person? This type of treatment I experienced has made me make sure I never shop at this Family Dollar again."

"Fantastic service and way better quality than the Dollar Generals nearby. Shae always greets us with a smile and is super friendly no matter how busy they are. We’re always able to find what we came in for and the store is always clean. We exclusively shop here for household items as they have a much better price than many of their competitors."

"Great changes made to this store. Come check it out. The parking lot area a little congested but the store's selection is wonderful and the location is convenient. The workers are a bit unmotivated though. They drag their feet to assist you."

"Store is usually in slight disarray. The farm fresh plaza is pretty ghetto and usually has bums outside who will ask for handouts. It's a dollar store, good for getting crap quickly and moving on with your life."
