"I took my Toro mower into Outdoor Power for some issues I was having with it turning over. Originally told me they would be able to look at it the following day to diagnose, then they had a sick service tech so it would be "for sure looked at by Monday", then that person also called in sick, then it was "sent back to the original tech" and would be done by the following week. One month later I have had zero updates, left multiple messages, and still don't know what the issue is, the cost of the repair, or any estimated time line. I will never take equipment here again, and would never recommend anyone here for service."

"Friendly people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Asked all the right questions to determine our needs. Filled up the chainsaw we bought with an initial half-tank of gas and a bit of oil, showed us how to start it, and even tested the chain to make sure oil was successfully dripping off it before sending us on our way. As we were leaving the parking lot, our salesman came running out of the store. We'd forgotten our receipt, which he jogged all the way out to the car to hand to us. He'd helpfully stapled to the chainsaw instructions to the receipt and even written down the length of the warranty. The store also services and repairs chainsaws, etc. that aren't theirs or the main brand they keep in stock. As long as they can get the parts, they're happy to help. A+. Will revisit, and would highly recommend."
