My experience was good and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. My four star rating is not specific to this store - but DXL’s pricing is always expensive, and rarely do they have deals. But here we are, we’re tall, we’re pretty chunky, and we need shoes and clothes that fit."

"Stopped in for some Christmas gifts for fiancé who has been a customer of DXL for 20+ years, and the level of customer service never ceases to amaze me! Tabatha, Sylvia, and Jasmine are awesome!!! They're knowledge of the the products are great. The willingness of them wanting to help us find what we are looking for is truly phenomenal!. The store is always clean and shoppable. We absolutely love shopping at this location."

"Oh my goodness. This is one of the most horrible customer service experience ever. I had just driven from my home to the store (63.5 miles) and made that aware to the associate - she sucked her teeth in disgust and rudely said, no public bathroom. I requested assistance and she never stopped what she was doing and said, you have to order on-line. If I didn’t new uniform shorts for a new job that started the next day I would have left the store. She was so friendly to the customer in front of me as he was a regular. I had to ask her to enter my reward points number as she quickly rung up the transaction. There is another associate - young female African American lady that is so friendly, kind and personable - this associate seems to be bothered by work and/or customers. Totally rude."
