"Staff is great but selection has drastically declined over the years. Store needs to be better maintained in terms of floors and aisles. They should consider a remodel and overhaul of inventory. Styles seem to serve a mostly urban, casual, young, street crowd."

"I love the store, the clothes and prices but the managers attitude or the tone she uses is TERRIBLE!!! Went into the store - was about to purchase lingerie, a dress, a necklace, pair of earrings and a pair of BeBe sandals which did not have a tag with the price on it. Proceed to the register, ask the associate how much are the sandals because they didn't have a price tag. She looked at the manager and asked 'what should she mark them for' the manager answered, 'you got to go see if there is another pair, those are BeBe's or call another store' I did not appreciate the 'tone' that 'implied' I was trying to 'come off' on a pair of sandals When the associate came back to inform manager she had to call the store, the manager replied 'its gonna be a few' because she had started doing something that required to hold up use of the phone. Why would you hold up a phone when you have a paying customer at the register that may have needed that phone line free(which I did) to confirm a price of merchandise that she was about to purchase. It makes absolutely no sense and is not at all genuine customer service. I didn't appreciate it at all so I left all the items on the counter and proceeded to Ross, Marshalls and Walmart to purchase merchandise that I could have purchased in your store if your managers attitude hadn't been so stank!!! ***I wish I could have rated 0'"

"Worst retail experience I have ever had! Every employee was rude, every single one. We were left at the checkout for over 15 minutes with no one to wait on us. Other customers began to line up behind us till almost everyone in the store was waiting to be checked with no employees in sight. I finally walked to the very back and saw a woman putting up stock and told her how long we had been waiting. She walked to the front, looked at all of us and said some would come in a few minutes. I said “minutes?”, she rudely spat out a “yes” at me. Another 10 minutes passed before anyone came. She slammed my items on the counter one at a time as she rang them up muttering something about a layaway. At the same time another customer was complaining they had already lost her layaway twice. Another customer complained that her elderly mother had been refused use of the bathroom. After ringing me up, she took my money, threw my stuff in a bag and mumbled some kind of thank you under her breath. At this point two of the employees are at the counter fussing and throwing a fit in front of all the customers about the same layaway from earlier. It was an awful experience. Someone needs to come get a hold of their store before all their stuff walks out the front door, and it may, since it is left unattended for God knows how long."
