"It seems that every teacher who didn’t qualify for more reputable schools found their way to Kings Fork. It’s so sad when fellow 12th grade classmates have reading comprehensions on par with a dyslexic 9 year old. It’s even more sad to hear the teacher try and correct their mispronunciation only to realize they too can’t read. Generally speaking intelligence is measured by a persons ability to learn and use common sense. If that’s the case then I fear for our future, a whole lot of miscreants whose only skill is to binge watch netflix until 4am. The students are dense, the teachers are worse off, and the public facilities should have a F letter grade. .5/10"
"Unfortunately, I had to click at least one star. This awful environment deserves no praise of that level. After attending for four years, I am just as stupid as I was when I first walked in. The teachers know less about the information they are teaching than some of the students. Cheating is promoted, grades are rarely updated and when they are the amount of errors is mind-blowing. Eighty percent of the students are oblivious and should not have access to a free education. Grant money is used to continuously purchase slower laptops and display TVs. All sports money is thrown into whatever color jersey/ helmet football wants the next season. Textbooks are outdated and inaccurate. Administration tries very hard to be intimidating but just makes themselves look foolish. Chairs rock uncomfortably and some desks are squeaky and unstable. Some teachers are aware of their poor skills so they dumb down testing to help their evaluation. The list never ends. However, the final and most important reason I love my school so much is that they care about my safety and well-being. After the tragic events in Florida. They decided to now funnel all of the student drivers, teachers, parents, and student drop offs through one door in the morning to make more targets of course. Increasing chance of survival just in case the little red head boy with dirty vans on who has been "bullied" decides he wants to be on the news."
"to be completely honest I dont really like this school. I mean for the most part it is okay. However, this is our first year back accredited and I am a freshman who barley passed my geometry sol so i see why the damn school was the way it is. The staff is pretty chill except for the child predators lurking in their classrooms feeling on the juniors."
"The school is disgusting. The girls bathrooms are never clean, never have toilet paper in the stalls, and the soap dispensers are always empty. There are roaches, spiders, and snakes in the school and none of the teachers seem to care at all. The dress code is strict for the girls but not for the boys because apparently my appearance is more important than my education. Also, administration never does anything about a problem or situation and if they do address a problem they never do anything about it all that happens is the student or teacher will be talked to and that's it nothing else will happen. Teachers will refuse to let students go to the bathroom which can lead to health issues."
"The outside of the school is nice or whatever, but the kids are disrespectful, so are the educators, over half of the school is failing, the gym floor is covered in dust and dirt, the locker rooms always smell bad, the back part of the school near the chorus class is freezing, there's always fights. the people just don't care."
