"I'm literally just leaving this place after waiting in line for 10 minutes. I placed my order only to find out that are out of lemonade. When I told the girl working their they she put a sign up or let the ppl know what your out of. she just looked at me no apology. I went to look for the manager who should have been there because it was a long line. That manager name was Tara she has short reddish hair, she was dismissive and she said that they arent allow to hang a sign. That's absurd. I still ha e drive to another Starbucks. Poor service today April 16th @9:45am. ."

"I ordered a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich, 2 cake pops and an iced sugar cookie coffee here today. The girls working took my order and filled it right away, were extremely pleasant to work with and everything came out perfectly. I will definitely come back to this location any time I am in Suffolk."
