"Had to return an item given to me as a gift. It was purchased online and wasn’t delivered with the gift receipt unfortunately. However I was able to return it for store credit. Easy & fast. Last minute Xmas shopping is not for the faint of heart. I had 20 mins left before the store closed with no idea what i wanted to get for my gf. Luckily I was helped by an associate, who I cannot recall their name. But they were super helpful & gave me some awesome suggestions. These brick & mortar stores are on the way out if you ask me. So now more than ever it’s incredibly important to have associates who are knowledgeable, patient and willing to assist."

The employees were nice but had little to no knowledge of the inventory in the store. They didn't listen well, which made me need 2 returns and 3 transactions all in one visit."
