"Delivery and Pickup is TRASH! They give you USED and SPOILED food! They also will give you wrong items and MISSING products! All I can tell you is to a soon as you receive your items. Check them and call customer service IMMEDIATELY!"
"I didn't do more than walking around looking for a gift. It was a bit busy. But that's to be expected during the holidays. All in all it was a decent experience and I had no real complaints. But the store was in good order even though some of the items or pick through and scattered about."
"We were looking for T-shirts. The selection was few. I'm sure do to the holiday season. We couldn't find the ones we wanted. People are trifling. They don't fold the shirts and put them back. I felt bad for the lady worker who had to deal with the mess. I've worked retail. I did find some other things though that I needed. I will say that even with self check out, which I don't mind, there should be more cashiers and other workers to help customers find things."
"Wal-Mart is always somewhere you need it to be. There is always something that I need at the spur of the moment and I can almost always get it at Wal-Mart. This particular Wal-Mart is the one that I used to find myself in at 2:00 in the morning sometimes. That was before Covid. Not just me though but I would post about it on Facebook and my sister would say " wow bro. I find myself there at those times also". Well, it's a family affair at Wal-Mart! One thing I did want to share pics of and that all of Wal-Mart employees shopping for customers. Many are online shopping these days and that's one challenge that Wal-Mart is meeting. The one thing I don't really care for is the self checkouts. I don't work there and especially don't want to if I'm not getting paid. There's a lost opportunity in customer service there!"
