"The atmosphere was good. I have no intention of being disrespectful or unkind, but I asked for nearly half an inch off, and the barber took off almost 2 inches off. When I got home, I also realized that the back of my neck (near the lower part) had so much hair that wasn’t cut off, and around my ears there was long hair that also wasn’t cut off. To add on, the barber was on the phone for nearly my entire haircut, which I feel is very disrespectful to the customer, and not only that, but it felt like the barber wasn’t even fully focused. If you look at my other reviews, I never have negative reviews and I don’t just put a 2 star because I’m having a bad day. I put a 2 star on this because I asked for a little more than a half inch off, and I got nearly 2 inches off, the back of my neck had a lot of hair that wasn’t cut off, and so did around my ears. I cut hair too, and any good barber should be focused on these things without someone having to point them out."
