"Would it recommend their jerseys for disc golf. Jerseys did not hold up to the use of a disc golf bag. Within 3 weekend tournaments the jersey started to show significant wear and fraying where the shoulder straps and back of the bag would rest. I would expect a more durable material for the jerseys at $60+ a pop. I guess a new source will be used next season"

""In stock" items still take multiple weeks to manufacture. Currently on week 8 of waiting for my in stock jersey. Customer service is next to non existent. If there was somewhere else I could buy the gear I absolutely would."

"PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE 1 STAR!!! 1. To start their sizing chart is inaccurate after receiving the items and measuring them myself to check. 2. It took over 4 MONTHS for them to ship me my shirts!!! 3. They do not respond to your emails, I've tried to contact them around 7 times, even before the production started...(phone number doesn't work). 4. They don't follow their return policy because it says only valid 60 days from purchase....but your order will arrive 4 months later so.... 5. Really expensive for the lack in customer support, quality, sizing, production time, and shipping. I am now stuck with 8 shirts that do not fit due to the above errors and am considering disputing the charges because of how unprofessional this is."

"I placed an order back in April for a jersey and a towel. I was cool with the 4-6 week wait. 6 weeks went by and I hadn’t had any updates on my order. I waited another week and emailed the store asking about an update. Nothing. I waited another week and tried contacting again. Nothing. Tried one more time. I just wanted some kind of update on my order. Zero communication. I finally asked for a refund and didn’t hear anything back again. I believe I email twice more until finally some emailed me back at the end of June. They apologized and said they were changing things up. I can go along with that, but to not answer someone after several emails over the course of almost 3 months is ridiculous. It took a week and me emailing twice to even get them to start the refund process. I hated it because I really like their jerseys and I was looking forward to my Madison Walker one."

"I was very disappointed with my experience with VII Apparel. Their production was far slower than indicated, their support team was impossible to get a hold of, and the entire experience was frustrating and opaque. I ordered a custom jersey for a friend's birthday. In general, the website indicated that orders take 4-6 weeks and that a 6-week delivery was guaranteed. To my dismay, it wound up taking 11 weeks to receive the order, which was many weeks after my friend's birthday had passed. Earlier in the process, I emailed VII Apparel to ask for a status update. I had to email them 4 times over the span of a week before I finally got a response. Many of my emails didn't even get a response at all. Now that the order has come, I've reached back out to them to share this feedback and see if there's anything they can offer to make this situation better. Again, I've emailed them 3+ times over the span of a week and haven't had a single response. I really want to like VII Apparel. And I'm still hopeful that there are kind people behind this brand who care about their customers. However, until that happens, a one-star review seems most fitting, to warn others about the frustrating experience I had."
