"After personally checking over my vehicle I determined my outer tie rods were bad. I replaced them and checked all other components were in good working order. Upon THEIR inspection at Johnson and Bartlett they found inner tie rods and lower ball joints were so bad they could not align. I found this VERY suspicious so I went to another reputable shop for a second opinion. They then showed me personally that the parts were in good working order and did not need replacing. They aligned the vehicle without incident. So I think that makes Johnson and Bartlett a bunch of liars. I think it’s time to put them out of business."

"Something odd going on here. Took my van here after hitting a curb. They called and said that my tire was low and that they need to replace the strut plates and struts before they could align it. Would cost about $800 and they couldn't start until I brought them most of that amount in cash. I picked the van up and took it to Merchants who discovered that I had damaged the belt in the front left tire. They replaced the tire and aligned and problem solved. It drives great now."

"purchased new van in 2008. did not drive stright and also pulled. dealer tried to fix 3 times but couldn`t seem to fix. took van to j & b and they fixed in less than an hour and it`s still doing just fine, over 30,00 mlies later .also had other mechanical work done there and rhey are good and also reasonable. very accomodating, nice bunch of guys and very good mechanics."
