"Horrible experience. They performed previous work for me under USAA and the worked was performed wrong. They claim it’s not their fault and that it wear and tear but after having lost steering the mechanic at Chevrolet said it was whomever put the front axial in put it in wrong and asked who had worked in my truck. They are the only company that has done work on my truck. It’s a 2019 Colorado, and at first, the manager Dennis said that “that was the first year with that sort of system and no one really knew how to work on it” and after I asked for them to honor their warranty and to cover the cost of repair I’m told that it is a “wear and tear part.” Their negligence put my life and my families life at risk. That is not the only issue with the work they did with the other stuff being cosmetic. I am now having to escalate this to simply get them to do the right thing. Side note, the manager stated they no longer work with USAA because “their standards are too high” and they “shouldn’t have to salute a Korean War vet”. Do not trust your vehicle or your families safety to this body shop."

"We wouldn't recommend taking your two year olds big wheels here. We took our Volvo in, in February and just received our car back this week in MAY!! It took 3 months to fix a door. By the end we began to refer to it as the hostage situation. The communication was subpar. The receptionist, I'll refer to as "K" gave us so many different stories she couldn't even keep them straight. We ended up having to pay out of pocket for a rental car because it took them so long to complete the work. We had to get our insurance company to keep calling to get updates and the updates never made sense. It was a completely frustrating process that SHOULD NOT have taken 3 months to complete. We only needed the door fixed after someone hit us. If you communicate clearly and effectively with your clients it will cut down on frustration for all parties involved. If we ever have to have bodywork done again, I'll go on You Tube first before taking it here. It will take less time and we'll at least know what's going on. Do better! Communicate better! Keep your customers in the know!"

"The absolute worst experience of my life! I wouldn't bring a go-cart to these clowns!! My accident was in January! In September my truck still wasn't fixed!! I took it myself to Richmond Ford, bought the parts and fixed it myself. Insurance recommended they, will never be back!!"

"I brought in an aftermarket part to be color matched and painted, as it was a unique pearl paint color specific to Mazda. I am extremely satisfied with the results. Dennis and his entire team were very helpful throughout the entire process and made sure the part matched the car exactly. He kept me updated on progress and alterations that were required and Jeanie at the concierge desk kept me informed on the timeline for it to be finished. I would happily recommend their body and paint work to anyone wanting something done right the first time."
