The Amira Experience - Lash Extensions

"I scheduled a 10:00 AM Hybrid Lash Set appointment at The Amira Experience. As a new client, I was advised to arrive 15 minutes early for an initial consultation prior to the service. On the day of my appointment I arrived at 9:42 AM and the door was locked. I called the shop and was advised my appointment was rescheduled as the technician was running late and my new appointment time was 10:15 AM. I was disappointed and confused that my appointment could be rescheduled without my consent but as I was already there, I decided to wait another 15 minutes. At 10:05 AM, I decided to leave and sent the technician a text update. The technician was polite but expressed her disappointment that she was not given a 15 minute grace period for her tardiness. This was strange considering I had already been waiting 20 minutes for my appointment. As a new client, the overall experience was upsetting and I wouldn’t recommend this business. If you do decide to book an appointment at The Amira Experience, I strongly suggest you clear your schedule as you may be subject to a last minute reschedule or be left waiting for an extended time."
