Before booking an appointment, clients must read and follow all preparation instructions on the website to avoid forfeiture of their deposit. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy and a 15-minute late policy in place. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required for microblading appointments. The studio accepts cash or major credit cards with an additional 3% service fee.

For lash services and skin care, being more than 15 minutes late will result in a rescheduling fee, while no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Touch-ups are recommended every 1-2 years to maintain the look, and topical anesthetics are used during sessions to minimize pain. Consultations are required for clients with previous permanent makeup.

To ensure the best results, clients are advised to avoid chemical peels, Botox, Retinol, and blood thinners prior to their appointment. Lash extensions require clients to arrive makeup-free and stop using waterproof mascara at least 2 days before the appointment. The salon does not apply lash extensions to clients with certain medical conditions.

Blade and Lash offers a relaxing experience where clients can comfortably recline with their eyes closed during the procedure. The salon uses synthetic lashes, which have a lower risk of allergic reactions compared to other materials. Lash lifts are different from lash extensions, as they simply curl natural lashes for a fuller appearance. Touch-ups are recommended every 2-4 weeks to maintain the look.
