"Truthfully I’m never impressed with any of the nail salons in RVA from Colonial Heights to Chester, to Midlothian, to the West End and Short Pump. I am waiting for one that shows both professionalism, with friendly manicurist which are detail oriented, who spend precious time with each customer, using excellent nail polish products that are not old and utilizing exceptional service with great products like base coat top coat and lotions with cuticle oils with lasting results! I will say LT Nails employees speak nicely to one’s customers and in great English with a friendly demeanor ! But my manicure didn’t last more than 2 days before it started peeling and about 4 days before I needed to take it all off. I honestly don’t think salons use the best products nor do they replace them often enough but that is my opinion."
"Very bad shaping. Some nails are round some nails are square and some are coffin shape. One thumb nail look good the other one curves upward."
