"Extremely rude, I had an appointment for 10:30. They only had 2 appointments available one for 10:30am and 2pm. I called to see if I could drop off my car before work. He said as early as 9am. I said great. I got a flat tire this morning which I thought would be okay since i already had an appointment. The man on the phone fussed at me and said my appointment was at 9am. I said no it was at 10:30. He continues to fuss at me about how he’s accommodating me because I said I was dropping it off at 9am. I called the tow truck at 8am. I did everything I could do and he refused to look at my car today. It was cruel. I am young woman and it hard to trust mechanics. I still can’t believe he spoke to me in this way. I am honestly hurt and lost for words."

"Broke down literally right outside his shop. From what I was told by a previous mechanic that was my brake caliper about to go bad and freeze up. Thankfully I broke down close enough he was the first option that popped up on google. Not only did he figure out what was actually wrong with the car but fixed it the same day. Also I know how annoying it can be having a kid run around your office but he also has toys and stuff for him to play with. All around a great experience and my car is working perfectly now. Highly recommend any and all work that you need done to go through him. Honest hardworking and fast"
