"Had a flat tire at 3:30AM on a 10 hour trip with no spare, called here and they don't carry tires to replace. However, shortly after getting off of the phone with them, I received a follow up that they may be able to assist if they had a spare that fit. Unfortunately, that didn't work out but so amazing of them to follow up and try to find a way to help me out."
