"A month ago, I would have been rating you a 5. I've been bringing my cars to you for years. I won't be coming back. I had a car break down on 495 in Norther Virginia. The alternator light came on, other warning lights came on, and the car cut off. So I had it towed all the way to your shop. You replaced the alternator and did a lot of other work that you told me was necessary. A LOT of work. But you did NOT replace the alternator belt. Didn't even suggest it needed replacing. And it totally shredded in less than 200 miles after I picked the car up from you, after paying you dearly. And there it was again, stranded on the side of the road. There is no excuse for this to have happened. None. And it turns out, there was a LOT of other critical work that needed doing, in addition to replacing the shredded belt. Work that YOU should have brought to my attention. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed in your service. I really expected much more from you."
