"This was the absolute best experience I have had getting any work done on my car. I went outside yesterday at 3:00pm to find my car in a Richmond parking garage with a flat. I gave a call letting them know I was fine waiting until after the weekend and they ensured me they could be there to fix it that night. I told them the next day was fine and they had my new tires installed by 10:30am - an amazing experience and he even gave me some tips for the future. Another note, the ease of the process from top to bottom, a quick four minute phone (mostly due to my own inexperience) and then a call in the morning, passing my keys off, and returning shortly thereafter to pay (a price which by FAR beats that of a Firestone or typical tire shop). Following the amazing work I spoke with the employee to find out not only is it an amazing company with great employees, but its a new, locally owned and operated company where the people working truly care about the work they are doing. I can assure everyone that this will be your best experience getting tires fixed or anything of that nature and recommend them endlessly."
