"Nothing wrong with the replacement of the windshield. However, when people order this kind of maintenance, they should be able to trust that nothing in the vehicle will be messed up or damaged. One of the two gentlemen (or both) accidentally left black smears along the top fabric of my car. Neither of them mentioned it and left as if it never happened. Sloppy and unprofessional."

"Price was the cheapest, people were nice but, quality of service was not all that great. I took my car in for a rear door window replacement, their inventory ended up being wrong and they had to keep my car overnight ( I did get a discount, which was appreciated ).. now noticing when opening/closing my door there are still pieces of glass from the previous window coming out and scratching my door frame. They claim they are not able to get all of the glass pieces but, after calling around to other companies seems as if they just did not do a thorough job cleaning up/installing. I probably would not go back."

"I went in there for a tiny little chip that was in my windshield. They have you sign the paper. Excusing them when they know they're not going to be able to fix it properly. But I allowed them to proceed, because you're assuming that they're going to be able to do so from what they tell you. When they were done with my little chip, I could still feel a little chip, but they kept brushing it off because the razor blade would cross over it. My finger could feel it I even asked the person to feel it they just pretended like well that's normal this is the way it is that's why you signed the waiver. I left really not completely satisfied with the job. I'm not even sure if it will hold up. she assured me oh well you can use it towards the credit towards a new windshield if it cracks again. however they could have jacked up prices on their windshield, so I might end up even paying more money at the end. In all I think the job was okay to pass an inspection maybe. I don't even know that part yet. but I was not 100% satisfied."

"My car was broken into and I was able to get an appointment the next day at a great price. Everyone in there was so nice and helpful which was really appreciated. My window was replaced fast as well. I think it was less than an hour. Jennifer the manager was so nice and made sure to come and talk to me about my window and any future services I needed. Haley was a sweetheart as well. Great customer service all around. I’ll definitely be back!!!"
