"The Service Dept at this dealership is the BEST! My hubby and I were in route to Arlington Virginia from North Carolina when just outside Richmond we got a lag bolt pierced through our front left tire. Our Volvo has larger than normal tires so the typical tire repair places were not an option. So we googled Volvo dealerships in the area and limped our way to this dealership. We did not have an appointment but the Service Dept staff fit us in anyway. They calmed us down assuring us one way or another they would get us taken care of and back on the road that day. Their waiting area in their showroom was nice and bright with spring water, coffee station and workstations - and clean bathrooms nearby. Ethan Stein in Service kept us well informed while we waited as to the status of our tire - did we need a new one or can our existing one be repaired once the bolt is removed. We ended up waiting less than 2 hours with our tire being expertly repaired by one of their service techs. Ethan even made sure our car was washed and vacuumed before we left! Amazing customer service and a super friendly staff in this department. They were slammed with appointments that day but still treated us with kindness and professionalism. If you live in the Richmond area and own a Volvo, I highly recommend this dealership’s Service Dept. What could have been a huge delay in our business trip turned out to only be a short inconvenience thanks to Ethan and the Service Team! Thank you all for your help!"

Rather than owning up to the fact they didn't complete the repairs initially, he shifted the blame to another shop for a so-called damaged plug.This place is a den of thieves."
