"!!!!!!!!!!!DO NO GO HERE WAIT TIME OVER AN HOUR !!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible Horrible experience I have been in the line for over an hour in Bay 3 then I am sure the person in front of me have been waiting just as long. You think they will have some type of honorable system that if Bay 3 is backed up allow the customers who have been waiting in that Bay forever to go to the open Bay a person who just came should not be able to just go in it is so unfair. They do not come out and say anything about what is going on. I am almost at 2 hours waiting and 3 people went before me and they just arrived. They have time to smoke cigarettes but not even offer an apology for the inconvenience. Save yourself time and do not go here like at all."

"Horrible experience. I never ever write bad reviews. But I wanted to warn folks about this place. On just an inconvenience level, I went in last Friday for an oil change and they told me it would be 10 minutes to wait for them to start, and it was 45. Fine, it's a Friday they're busy no big deal. But then the next day I was driving home at night and all the lights started flashing on my dash and my car started malfunctioning and slowing down, stalling in the middle of the interstate. After restarting I was able to get to safety. I took my car in and I guess the folks at Valvoline had left something unscrewed and a hose was disconnected from my engine, causing everything to malfunction. My car is ok now. But I was quite upset their negligence caused me to be in a dangerous situation."

"I came to get an oil change. My car was perfectly fine when I arrived. They asked if I wanted the usual conventional oil and to set my tires to the appropriate air pressure. I told them that was fine. When they were done, I drove away and I heard a scraping sound on the driver side. I had to pull over and I noticed two screws in my tire. I contemplated calling them, but they don't patch tires and the staff changes weekly. I would be blowing my fuse for no reason. I will never go here again."

The whole team was very communicative and they gave me honest opinions about what service needed to be performed. I even had a wrong coupon and they helped direct me to the correct coupon online that I could use! I will definitely be returning in the future."
