"I came to Mazda Service we just had an Engine and a Transmission replaced at the dealership. We had to come back due to the car shifting delay 2 months later. We paid for the car to be looked at and they diagnosed it as a crack in the transmission and we need it replaced again, due to him seeing fluid. Well we took the car for a second opinion and come to find out the transmission is fine we had the back suspension replaced and it wasn’t tight enough it caused the transmission fluid to leak out. They filled the transmission fluid up fixed the suspension no leak. I called the dealership 2 times to speak to the service manager no return call. I want to make sure our 1 year transmission warranty isn’t voided since there is no leak or crack. I would like my money back for the faulty diagnoses. They even said my Ac is good and that’s been out since the Summer, amongst other things this place is a bust and I wouldn’t recommend the service department. Update:: Service manager called stated he will not refund the monies even though the service tech never showed where the crack was located he just seen transmission oil leaked from the axle I asked can he ask the tech specifically where the crack was located he said he wasn’t there. I even offered to bring the car back up there and he stated regardless they will not return service fee and oh yeah he said the AC check is to make sure all components are there not if there in working order, and the 1 year warranty is voided. He gave a lame excuse he was out meanwhile yesterday they said he was on the phone and the first day I called they stated he was in the building. First thing, he said to me on the phone today was the reason he called was because of this review."
