Christian was very friendly and detailed on what my car was in good condition and also recommended options on what was needed. Ryan was swift in getting the oil changed and also helped put back my glove compartment after checking the cabin filter. All of the guys were great, fast, and efficient."

"The 3 guys who were working yesterday were very nice. I decided to get a last minute oil change that I've forgotten to do for months. I was super happy I didn't have to get out the car, it didn't take Ling and nobody was hustling me to change a filter the way other places do. I appreciated the light conversation from the guy getting my info and the on site manager coming at the end to see if I was happy with the service. Overall no complaints besides the price but honestly it's $80 everywhere these days."

"Yesterday, Saturday, October 28, at 11:30 in the morning, I went to do the oil change. First, they told me that I had to wait 40 minutes because they did not have a full staff and it could take longer than normal. Since they opened that store, I have taken my two cars to do service there, the inept people who were working broke the screw of the carte to remove the oil and they wanted to remove the oil with hoses above instead of repairing what they damaged, (the screw) first they offered me 20% discount, by showing that I had several changes and it was in that store where they removed that screw for several months, then they offered me 50% discount on the next change and sent me to another store because according to them they did not have the necessary tools to make that repair, in the other store they did not want to make the change or repairs either and they sent me back to where the inept people who damaged my vehicle are, it was already 2:30 in the afternoon and they told me that I had to wait to see how they would solve it After 20 minutes of waiting, I approached and they told me that I had to wait for the flow of customers to slow down before serving me at the end. There I got upset and crossed my vehicle at the exit to put pressure on them and they would serve me, but there I knew they were violent. and threatening to move my car by force, and I told them to call the police from the beginning so that they could explain my situation to the police and solve my problem, in the end I lost more than 3 hours, they damaged my vehicle and they did not do anything the oil change, I will try to take legal action as soon as I have all the data I need"
