"Pickup and delivery services were right on time and very helpful since we’re down to one car. Thanks for that! My mechanic (Travis) very promptly contacted me to make sure he understood the work to be done and to provide an estimate. Sending me a video of my car on the lift was a great communication method. Travis then let me know when the work was done and promptly sent the invoice. Shortly afterwards I heard from the service valet that the car would soon be coming home. Thanks very much. Believe I’d like to stay with Sheehy for my maintenance needs."
"Hello, I took my 22 explorer for a transmission issue. They performed a program service and just a couple of days later the same issue showed back up. The next business day I left my service advisor a voice-mail stating my concern. The service advisor never called me back. However I received a text about this review. So I replied stating that I can't give a good score because the issue hasn't been addressed nor did I receive a call back. Upon sending that text I received a call from the scheduling department the next day and still not from the service advisor. If the same thought and care was put into customer service as their online reviews then they would be a great shop."
"I'm going to share a little of what all I have been dealing with, with Sheehy. I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experiences with Sheehy Ford. I have been a loyal customer for the past two years, having purchased a car and all associated warranties from your dealership. Initially, I was quite satisfied with the service provided, however, I have recently encountered several issues that have led me to question my decision. My main concern lies with the aftermarket team. Despite the warranties I purchased, I find it increasingly difficult to get necessary work done on my car. For instance, during my last visit for an oil change and inspection, I was assured that all fluids were checked and a multi-point check was conducted on my vehicle. However, upon starting my car, I was immediately alerted to low windshield washer fluid, indicating that the checks were not thoroughly performed. These experiences have not only made me reconsider future purchases from Sheehy Ford, but also dissuaded me from investing in additional warranties. I am currently in the market for a new 2024 Ford Expedition Max Limited 4x4 and had been in contact with a salesman named Michael Johnson. Unfortunately, my interaction with him was less than satisfactory. I waited for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement or communication from Mr. Johnson. This lack of professionalism is disheartening and does not align with the level of service I expect from Sheehy Ford. The sales manager, Dave, is also not very helpful. I don't know why he decides to get involved and offer additional help. This is reminiscent of a similar situation when we purchased the 2021 Escape. I understand that these issues may not be reflective of your entire team, and I appreciate the efforts of staff members like Leigh-Ann who have been patient and understanding. However, I believe it is crucial for these concerns to be addressed to ensure a positive customer experience. Given my busy schedule, I would prefer future communications to be conducted via text. If I decide to proceed with the purchase of a vehicle from Sheehy Ford, I expect all details to be finalized and ready prior to my visit, as I will need to take time off work. "After a month of visiting multiple dealerships and experiencing some less then impressing customer service, we found Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Richmond. Within minutes of arriving, Ann Benson, met us and asked questions to provide the best help needed. She was extremely helpful, patient, organized, and personable. We met as strangers and left as friends. The dealership itself is very clean and friendly. Highly recommend this dealership and Ann Benson to anyone looking for a vehicle!"
