"Review edit after customer service experience following my purchase. I purchased a used car from the dealership. Staff was friendly enough and purchase went smooth. During the state inspection I was informed by the sales manager, Harry, that the battery was dying and they would replace it. The car wouldn’t start the next evening and I discovered the battery had not been replaced. So I went to the auto parts store at 7:30pm to purchase a new battery and test confirmed the battery from the vehicle was indeed dead. I emailed the salesman, Cody, about the issue, provided pictures of the battery, battery test results, receipt, and asked if the dealership would make it right. No response for 48 hours. I started calling, would get placed on hold and eventually the call would get disconnected. This happened several times. I sent more emails, more phone calls, online chat with customer service before eventually I was told the check would be in the mail the next day. Coming up on 4 weeks, nothing. I’ve requested to speak to the sales manager and GM multiple times. Never received a follow up. The dealership makes it impossible to call anyone directly. You call a general number, continuously get shuffled around and put on hold before the call is disconnected. At this point I’m going to chalk it up as a loss for dealing with an untrustworthy dealership. I would rather have been told to kick rocks from the beginning, instead of getting jerked around. Anyone purchasing a car should do so from a different dealership."
