"Had to return 3 different times to fix the same issue, mind you it was over $3500 worth of work for the initial visit. After I got the head gasket and valve cover gasket replaced and an entire list of other repairs, the vehicle continued to overheat and had major oil leak issues. I returned it twice and they replaced the valve cover gasket again and about a month or so later I was STILL having the same issues with the vehicle. I ended up having to junk the car after over $4000 worth of work with them. Completely ridiculous experience. If the mechanics weren't equipped to make the repairs I would've rather been told that than having to fork out all this money and end up having to purchase another vehicle. All in all I've lost $44,000 having to pay for the repairs, paying the inoperable car off, and ending up having to purchase another vehicle in the end after dealing with this shop."

"On our travels back from Florida started to hear a clunking sound coming from the rear of our 03 express van high top. We couldn't figure out if it was the differential or something else. Ended up spending the night in a hotel since everything was closed at 8pm. Made calls around to multiple shops, C & J said they could get us in. Once we limped the car over they put it up on a small lift just to start looking at it and allowing the other lift to finish its work. They found a leak coming from the differential. We assumed the diff was empty and maybe that went. After about an hour they found that the driver side rear tire was missing lugs and one of the studs actually snapped. So the tire was extremely loose and could of potentially fallen off on the drive home. The service was fast, they were on point, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem. They kept us informed through the entire process. Highly recommend for repairs."
