"When buying a car, I get this sense of dread... How much trouble is this going to be?? But from the get-go, Grace Auto was wonderful from the start!! They didn't pressure you. They made it easy to look inside and test drive the cars. They helped us enough to be useful but were never pushy. We had the good fortune of having Safi help us. He was such a pleasure to work with! It was our daughter's very first car as an adult - it was an important step! I'm so glad they were that wonderful all the way through to the end - financing and paperwork, all of it made easy by their team at Grace Auto. I can't say enough good things about them. Family owned and an amazing selection of cars - what more could you want? They really do have it all. We will be starting there next time we need a car and probably won't buy anywhere else."

"4.4 rating - I would highly recommend this dealership. I went Thursday evening right before they closed and 2 sales people were available to immediately assist me with looking at 2 cars. Both were very knowledgable in regards to what I was looking to purchase - i was looking for a Honda/Toyota safe, reliable, good gas mileage, low miles, & under 15k cash price. This team were quickly on it to help me find something! I let them know I was looking to purchase something for my teen. Without hesitation, they helped me identify 2 cars to test drive. Needless to say, I returned yesterday and made the purchase. Brayan was my primary sales person, however, everyone there was professional, friendly, and helpful. I had visited several other dealerships, test drove several cars, and this one was the best experience I'd had. Although I picked with them regarding the hospitality (which is the only reason my rating is a 4.4!), they each did a phenomenal job. I understand it is a small business but whoever makes executive decisions could identify administrative assistance to step in and help when sales/finance teams are busy. It would certainly make a difference. If haggling is what you're looking to do, this may not be the place for you! They will work with you the best they can and I must say, as the 2nd cash price car purchase I've made, it was easy, simple, and effortless. I am praying we don't have any trouble with the car in the near future!"

From when we first inquired about the car to the day to day follow up by our sale representative Brayan Ponce on arrival, showing, test drive and vehicle information to picking up the vehicle after upfront issues were promptly addressed and taken care of. "I just bought a car here literally a month ago. First let me say, The sales person I first encountered that sold me the car was extremely nice and the front desk person who had me do my paperwork was also extremely nice, they deserve a raise. The paint on the trunk was messed up so they gladly had it painted for free. I was very satisfied until my second visit. An entire week went by and they did not inform me at all when my car was ready for pick up. And I was extremely dependent on this new car since I didn’t have another one to drive. After many attempts to get a hold of them they finally texted me to tell me my car was ready, so I immediately after work went to go pick it up. There was a different salesman working and I had a genuine question about the car before it was taken off the lot, because both emblems on the outside of the car were torn off and I was trying to ask if they would fix them. He told me I would look cute driving the nice car and to not worry about it. I ignored that. As for the emblems he said “ just get them off Amazon” when I looked on Amazon they were $30 apiece, so on top of just buying a new car I now have to spend $60+ on emblems. The next day I noticed some plastic interior pieces falling off the car as well as the metal on the door handle peeling off and stabbing me each time I try to open the door. A week went by and the dashboard lights started going on and off for no reason. And finally a month later today, I get home after work and realize there’s something underneath my car. I look under the car and realize a large portion of the bottom of the car was now detached and dragging on the ground. I tried to call but no answer and I tried to leave a voicemail but the voicemail box was full. This is a $14,000 car. This is my first time buying a new car from a legitimate car lot and so far the car I use to have that I got from craigslist was more reliable then the new car I have now. Going in person soon to see why this is happening."
