"i love the 7 — been here twice in as many weeks and the drinks are great with reasonable prices. i love the view too of course. one time when i came i ordered fries as well and i recall they were delicious. the server for my group was very professional and very nice. "My friends and I decided to try this place out for our first Friendsgiving. We didn't know our night would be cut short from the horrible service that we received. Two of us ordered the chicken salad and were very disappointed to see that we received a skimpy wedge salad. It did not state that it was a wedge salad on the menu. Not only was it the fact it was a wedge salad but the little bit of chicken that was given, was overcooked. We both asked to order something else. The manager JALEN refused to honor our request. When we informed him that we were not pleased with his decision to not allow us to place another order in place of what we ordered he asked if we wanted to speak to the owner. He then said he would call the owner down. We waited for about 30 minutes for the owner to arrive to be told that he decided against contacting him. He asked us what is the reason we did not want the salad. We informed him that we were not aware that it would be wedge salad and the portion. He then asked if we thought cutting up the salad would change the taste of it. He was extremely condescending. He even stated that it was in the policy that you cannot return food if you are dissatisfied with it. This was by far the worse dining experience I have ever had in a Lynchburg restaurant."

"The highlight is definitely the view. It’s an incredible spot to sit and enjoy a drink while the sun set. My wife and I hit up happy hour recently and concluded this is a great spot for a drink but we’ll pass on the food next time. The shareable left a lot to be desired. The fries were very good but there were only a handful in the dish. For the price I expected a larger quantity. Our server was very friendly and was helpful in explaining the beer selection"
