Plato's Closet Greenbrier Location

"I have been here about 8 times and although there are many associates behind the register area, no one ever says hi. I noticed this every time I visit, which makes me not feel welcomed. I won't be returning. I'd rather spend my money where I feel welcomed. They're also pretty pricey!"

"Had a tub of shoes some stilettos in good condition... and wedges ... once again younger white young girl with front cornrows looks through the tub and3 pair were good condition but they passed on it the discrimination in these stores runs rampant!!! But a white man gives things which I don't know which his items were and they cash him out for $25.. the next white transgender they took 4 items for $28. it's so obvious in these stores. I watched the whole time... they passed on heels that have never been worn!!!"

"The last time I came here we specifically sent to this Location because at check out we were told that week they were having huge sales up through Black Friday, when we returned that was def not the case….. some times at check out we have to wait a long fine for them to stop what they’re doing so we can just check out and go. Personally I haven’t received the best customer service and I work in marketing and many years in retail and customer service and it’s just changed so much. Also tonight I picked several clothes to buy but then seen bag stains on them and over priced …. I’d rather go to a thrift store next time to be honest."

"This is one of the largest Plato’s Closets that I have visited. On top of that, it had the largest selection of men’s clothes I have seen. I have visited most locations from northern va to southern va. Good quality clothing and all brand names. I did come across a few extremely high prices on mens Jordan’s. They were the same price as the retail stores. See my pics below. All and all, a great experience."
